Realme P4s 5G launches with 8,000mAh battery and 144Hz OLED gaming focus

Realme is launching the P4s 5G in India today with hardware clearly designed to appeal to performance-conscious mobile users. The phone combines MediaTek's Dimensity 7400 Ultra with a dedicated HyperVision+ chip, a 1.5K 144Hz Samsung OLED display and an 8,000mAh battery supported by 80W charging. Realme has specifically promoted high-frame-rate gaming, including claims of support for up to 144fps in selected titles.

An enlarged vapour chamber addresses sustained thermal performance, while IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings give the device unusually broad protection for its class. The P4s illustrates how quickly dedicated gaming-phone specifications are spreading into ordinary mid-range devices. High-refresh displays and oversized batteries no longer require aggressive gamer styling or flagship pricing. The main unknown is how consistently the chipset can sustain high frame rates once heat builds during longer sessions.

If Realme's cooling claims hold up, the P4s could be one of the more compelling value-focused gaming phones launched this quarter.
