Pokémon TCG Pocket's Team Rocket expansion keeps its late-summer event cycle busy

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket is in the middle of another major live-service cycle with the Team Rocket's Ambition expansion now available and multiple associated events stretching into September. The update adds Team Rocket-themed Trainer cards and gives players another set of cards to collect while competitive and solo activities provide reasons to use them immediately. A Great Puzzle Challenge is running through September 30, rewarding successful participants with a code for in-game pack hourglasses.

Additional late-August and September activities include an Emblem Event, special missions involving shady tickets, solo battles and promotional-card opportunities. New themed display items are also scheduled for August 31. The cadence illustrates why Pokémon TCG Pocket remains such a powerful mobile product. New cards are only one part of the retention loop; missions, cosmetic rewards and time-limited events continually provide fresh objectives between expansion launches.
