Bandai Namco's newly opened pre-registration campaign for BLEACH Mirrors High remains one of the strongest mobile announcements entering the new week. The iOS and Android title is planned for release before the end of 2026 and takes place after the Thousand-Year Blood War. Instead of simply retelling the anime, players control a newly awakened soul in Karakura Town and can create a custom Soul Reaper equipped with a Zanpakuto.

Combat uses three-character teams with card-based attacks and special moves, while established characters including Ichigo and Rukia appear alongside new material developed with involvement from creator Tite Kubo. That original narrative is commercially important. Licensed mobile games often generate huge launch interest but struggle once fans realize they are replaying stories they already know. Mirrors High has an opportunity to turn its plot itself into retention content.

Bandai Namco is still entering a crowded anime-game market, however, and random-item monetization means players will closely examine how aggressively character acquisition affects progression.
