Nordeus continues operating Top Goal: Soccer Champion in a 12-market soft launch across iOS and Android, including Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Argentina, Mexico, Italy and Colombia. The Serbian studio is best known for Top Eleven, one of mobile gaming's longest-running football-management franchises, but Top Goal moves much closer to direct player-versus-player football action. That makes it strategically important for Nordeus.
The company can leverage years of knowledge about football audiences while learning a substantially different set of technical problems. Real-time sports games require low latency, responsive controls and careful competitive balance; even minor delays can make tackles, passes or shots feel unfair. Progression adds another difficulty because upgraded players need to feel valuable without making matches predetermined by account spending.
Testing in football-heavy European and Latin American markets alongside Asian territories should provide strong data on both competitive appetite and connection quality. If the project performs well, Nordeus could establish a second major football property that complements Top Eleven rather than simply extending the same management formula.
