Transformers: Eternal War is moving into its final pre-launch stretch ahead of a September 15 worldwide release on iOS and Android. Published by Wanda Cinemas Games with Hasbro, the free-to-play tactical RPG features an original story written by veteran Transformers comic author Simon Furman. Autobots and Decepticons temporarily put aside their traditional rivalry to confront the Chaos Legion, a new threat powered by unstable chaos energy.
Battles use five-character formations, with Transformers divided into Vanguard, Assault, Firepower, Recon and Support classes. Additional character traits create synergy bonuses, making positioning and roster construction central to combat. Away from battle, players develop facilities aboard the Ark to generate resources and strengthen their collection.
The game previously soft launched in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines, giving the developers time to tune progression before the global rollout. Pre-registration rewards include free summons, Jazz, Bumblebee and anniversary cosmetics.
