Anker is using IFA 2026 for a major brand reset, bringing Soundcore, Eufy, Solix and EufyMake more visibly under the Anker name. The move reflects how difficult it has become to separate charging, audio, smart-home hardware, robotics and AI into neat categories. A pair of earbuds may also be an AI interface; a home-security product may rely on local computing; a charger may become part of a connected-device platform.
Maintaining separate consumer identities made sense when these markets were more independent, but it can weaken ecosystem recognition as products increasingly communicate with each other. Anker's strength has always been breadth: cables, batteries, headphones, cameras, projectors and smart-home equipment often reach the same customer. A more unified brand can make that breadth more obvious and simplify companion-app strategy.
The risk is losing some of the category-specific identity that brands such as Soundcore have developed. IFA provides a logical venue to demonstrate the benefits because visitors can see the entire portfolio together.
