Limit Zero Breakers Frontier Test begins today

NCSoft's Limit Zero Breakers opens its Frontier Test today, September 9, across iOS, Android and PC. The test runs through September 13 and substantially expands on the earlier Prologue Test. Players can access Chapter 3 of the main story, additional side content, new raids and more playable characters, while developers have revised combat flow, environments and interface design based on earlier feedback.

Cross-platform testing matters particularly for an action RPG because the same encounters need to remain readable and responsive on smartphones, tablets and PCs. Raid mechanics increase that challenge by placing more enemies, effects and cooperative information on screen simultaneously. The Frontier Test indicates that NCSoft is moving beyond basic technical validation and now studying whether progression and combat can support a long-running live-service audience.

Four concentrated days should provide valuable data on balance, onboarding, server stability and touchscreen usability before the game moves toward a broader release.
