Smilegate has detailed the events accompanying Epic Seven's official Steam launch on October 29, expanding the long-running mobile RPG's presence on PC. The launch introduces a new server called Foundry, which will also be accessible through the existing STOVE PC client and mobile devices. That cross-platform availability matters because the new server is not simply a separate Steam-only environment.
Players joining Foundry will receive progression support, including a temporary thirty-percent experience bonus, opportunities to obtain equipment and materials, and additional login rewards. Reaching account level 70 will award the character Luna, while the promotional programme also includes twenty free summons per day. Existing players will be able to use their established account information when accessing the Steam edition.
A playable Steam demo is available from October 8 through October 27, allowing newcomers to sample story content and activities including Brawl, Battlefield of the War God and Automaton Tower. Progress from the demo will not transfer to the full release. Epic Seven's expansion illustrates how established mobile RPGs increasingly operate as cross-platform services rather than products tied exclusively to smartphones.
PC availability can improve convenience for players who prefer longer sessions or more comfortable controls while preserving the accessibility of mobile progression. However, adding another platform also increases expectations for interface quality, performance and account management. Epic Seven has already spent years convincing players to develop elaborate teams of fantasy heroes. The Steam launch now gives them another screen on which to question their summoning luck.
