Pocketpair Publishing and Polish developer MythicOwl have brought Truckful to Android through Google Play, introducing a charming physics-based delivery adventure that combines careful cargo management with exploration and a surprisingly mysterious countryside. The game launched on October 9, with additional Japanese coverage appearing over the weekend. Players take control of a small pickup truck and accept delivery assignments from residents of a picturesque rural community.
The challenge is not simply reaching the destination. Cargo must be arranged carefully because the game's physics system allows poorly secured objects to shift, tumble and occasionally escape the vehicle altogether. As deliveries are completed, players earn opportunities to upgrade their truck, improving its carrying capacity and handling while unlocking access to previously inaccessible areas.
The environments include winding country roads, foggy wetlands, dangerous swamps and an ancient forest concealing secrets connected to the surrounding community. Truckful's hand-drawn cartoon presentation gives the experience a distinctive personality, while its combination of delivery mechanics and environmental storytelling offers considerably more variety than a conventional driving simulator. The Japanese launch promotion lists a discounted price of ¥1,980, although regional pricing may differ.
The game is also available on Steam, with console versions planned separately. Truckful looks particularly appealing on mobile because its individual delivery assignments could work well during shorter sessions. Of course, anyone who has ever transported furniture in a real pickup truck will recognise the central lesson immediately: everything is perfectly secure until the first corner.
