Sega Soccer Club Champions 2026 Prepares New Star Players and Competitive Events for October 21

Sega has announced another substantial update for Soccer Club Champions 2026, the football management simulation available on iOS, Android, PlayStation and PC. Beginning October 21 at 1pm Japanese time, players will be able to participate in the second Pickup SP Player Scout campaign, featuring several internationally recognised footballers. The announced selection includes Désiré Doué, N'Golo Kanté and other prominent players associated with European football.

Certain featured players provide advantages when used alongside the France-themed Les Bleus '26 formation combination. The recruitment campaign runs until November 4 and includes both individual and ten-player recruitment options. A special one-time recruitment draw guarantees at least one three-star SP player among ten recruits, although it requires the designated premium currency. The update also introduces the eighth WPS Contest, running from October 21 through October 28.

Players compete against other managers to earn ranking points, with selected featured footballers providing a 30 percent points bonus. Additional rewards include development materials and opportunities to earn up to 3000 Golden Balls through cumulative contest progression. The seventh Champions Cup is also scheduled to begin on October 21.
