Genshin Impact looks like your phone accidentally downloaded a console game and decided to run it out of spite. The world is gorgeous, the music is legitimately “sit and listen” good, and exploration hits that sweet spot of curiosity and reward. Combat is flashy and surprisingly deep once you start juggling elements like you’re auditioning for a wizard circus. The catch? Gacha.
The game is generous enough to enjoy casually, but it absolutely knows how to whisper, “Just one more pull…” like a slot machine wearing an anime wig. If you can keep your wallet in airplane mode, it’s a stunning adventure. If not, may your pity counter be ever in your favor.
