Blood Strike launches major Attack on Titan crossover

Blood Strike has launched its largest anime collaboration to date with an Attack on Titan event running until 31 August. The centrepiece is a humans-versus-Titans mode inspired by the series' battles between soldiers and giant enemies. Players can equip vertical manoeuvring gear to move rapidly around the map, attack from unusual angles and reach the weak points of towering opponents.

Special collaboration items also allow users to transform into the Armored Titan or Beast Titan, creating a dramatic shift in scale and power during a match. The event includes character-themed cosmetics associated with figures such as Eren, Mikasa and Levi, alongside weapon skins and other collectables. Crossovers are now a major part of live-service shooter strategy, but this one stands out because the source material supports meaningful mechanical changes rather than only cosmetic additions.

Vertical movement and playable Titans have the potential to make matches feel genuinely different from standard Blood Strike rounds. The event also gives the game an opportunity to reach anime fans who may not normally try a battle-royale shooter. Maintaining fair matches will be important, particularly if transformation items provide a large advantage, but the limited-time mode should deliver a strong spectacle while it remains active.
