Outfit7 is pushing My Talking Angela 2 beyond its familiar virtual-pet and fashion formula with the launch of Creator Studio, a new in-game feature built around short-form video creation. Players can dress Angela, choose hairstyles, jewellery and makeup, then move into a dedicated production space where they select backgrounds, themes, poses, movement and music. Finished clips can be published to an in-game feed, giving the community a way to discover ideas and save favourite creations.
The social design is deliberately controlled: there are no text comments, direct messages or public follower counts, and reactions are limited to positive emojis. That approach keeps the focus on creativity while reducing the risks normally associated with open social platforms aimed at younger audiences. Rotating Creative Challenges add structure by asking players to design around fashion, fantasy, music or seasonal themes, with selected submissions appearing in a Top 5 showcase.
The update is significant because it turns customisation into a repeatable creation loop rather than a one-off makeover activity, potentially extending engagement for both casual players and aspiring young creators.
