Regulation Set M-C introduces six newly permitted Mega Evolutions to Pokémon Champions, making the current season one of the game's largest competitive shake-ups so far. Mega Absol Z, Mega Garchomp Z and Mega Lucario Z headline the update alongside Mega Salamence, Mega Golisopod and Mega Baxcalibur. The wider eligible roster also expands with Pokémon including Rillaboom, Cinderace, Inteleon, Pawmot and several regional forms.

Only one Mega Evolution can be used during a battle, meaning players must make meaningful strategic decisions around when and how to deploy their strongest transformation. Mobile players benefit from exactly the same evolving metagame as users on Nintendo hardware, strengthening Champions' position as a serious competitive smartphone title. The rules remain active until December 2, so today's early experimentation will gradually give way to established counters and tournament strategies.

For players interested in competitive Pokémon rather than traditional RPG exploration, Regulation M-C effectively functions as the beginning of a new season.
