Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is now in its third day on iOS and Android following the September 8 mobile release. Feral Interactive has adapted the complete isometric action-adventure for touchscreens while retaining support for physical controllers and other input methods. The game includes four-player cooperative play, environmental puzzles and twin-stick combat, making it considerably more ambitious than a typical simplified franchise spin-off.

Feral is using a try-before-you-buy model in which players can experience the opening section before unlocking the complete game through a one-time purchase. That structure provides an alternative to both full upfront pricing and free-to-play monetisation. Temple of Osiris is part of a broader revival of premium mobile ports in which modern phones are increasingly treated as capable portable gaming machines.

For players using high-end devices and controllers, releases like this continue to narrow the distinction between smartphones and dedicated handheld gaming systems.
