Hotta Studio has dated Neverness to Everness version 1.4, titled For Whom the Verses Mourn, for September 30. The update represents the next major expansion for the free-to-play supernatural urban open-world RPG across its supported platforms, including mobile. Neverness to Everness combines city exploration, supernatural combat and vehicle-based traversal inside the unusual metropolis of Hethereau, making it one of the more technically ambitious cross-platform games targeting smartphones. Version 1.

4 continues the title's rapid post-launch content cadence with new narrative material and associated activities.
