BGMI 4.6 Midnight Hunters Update Expands Its Supernatural Battle Royale

Battlegrounds Mobile India version 4.6 is now live, with Krafton transforming familiar areas of Erangel through its Midnight Hunters theme. The seasonal mode introduces vampire-influenced locations and supernatural mechanics around areas including Rozhok, Mylta, Quarry and Gatka. Midnight Hunters runs until November 16, giving players two months to explore the new systems.

Krafton is staggering additional content throughout the season rather than releasing everything simultaneously, with the returning Ocean Odyssey experience scheduled for September 30. The update cycle also includes Metro Royale Chapter 34 and Classic Season 31, while Kiaraa, an original character developed specifically for the Indian audience, is part of the broader content programme. BGMI remains one of India's most important mobile games, and localisation is becoming increasingly central to Krafton's strategy.

Version 4.6 demonstrates how the publisher combines global battle-royale systems with market-specific characters, events and promotional campaigns to keep the Indian edition distinct.
