That combination puts the phone firmly into gaming-oriented flagship territory while retaining the conventional smartphone format of the company's main numbered series. High refresh rates can reduce perceived latency and make compatible competitive games feel substantially more responsive, although titles need explicit high-frame-rate support to take full advantage.
