War Robots 12.4 launches Simulation Errors with Dedopali and autonomous turrets

War Robots has launched update 12.4, titled Simulation Errors, and Pixonic is once again demonstrating that subtlety is not really part of the robot-war business. The headline addition is Dedopali, a new machine built around autonomous turret companions. It can deploy as many as three turrets and even send them airborne to attack opponents hiding behind cover. One turret carries a homing missile capable of lifting enemies with a gravity effect, creating opportunities for follow-up fire.

The update also introduces the Iaraghi family of weapons in light, medium and heavy configurations. These weapons build charge while they are not firing and are designed to punch through several defensive mechanics, giving patient players a reason to resist holding the trigger continuously. Prena joins the drone roster, while collectors and high-end players receive Ultimate Shell together with Ultimate versions of Rime and Glacier. New pilots Donnie Woo and Andor Miharr accompany the equipment additions.

Pixonic is supporting Simulation Errors with an event beginning September 22, daily rewards and a collectible Simulation Operator title. War Robots may be well into its second decade, but its update cadence remains impressively aggressive, with each season finding another improbable way of turning giant machines into even more complicated giant machines.
