Snowbreak: Containment Zone reopens servers after two months offline

Snowbreak: Containment Zone is scheduled to return today after a long and difficult maintenance period. The game went offline in March after controversy around its China Post collaboration, and Seasun has now announced that servers reopen on 8 May at 14:00 UTC+8. The comeback is tied to the Winds of Warmth event and a large compensation package, including free selection items, weapon bay rewards, daily manifestation support, memory chip bundles, returning content and extended event timers.

For mobile players, this is more than a normal maintenance end. A two-month outage can break trust in a live-service game, even one with a committed fanbase. The first days after reopening will be critical. If the servers hold, the rewards feel fair and the event gives players something meaningful to do, Snowbreak has a real chance to stabilize again.
