RedMagic 11S Pro+ benchmark leak points to monster Android gaming power

RedMagic is turning up the heat again before its 18 May China launch. New benchmark reporting around the RedMagic 11S Pro+ points to an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 setup and a huge single-core Geekbench score, suggesting this could be one of the most aggressive Android gaming phones of the year.

The expected package includes active cooling, vapor-chamber thermal work, RedMagic’s own Redcore R4 chip and the CUBE Sky Gaming Engine, which is claimed to support higher-resolution and higher-frame-rate presentation through interpolation and upscaling in supported games. As always with gaming phones, benchmarks are only part of the story. Sustained performance, heat, battery drain and real game compatibility will matter far more than one impressive score.

Still, RedMagic clearly wants the 11S Pro+ to be a frame-rate statement device.
