Bufo Jump lines up a cozy frog platformer launch for 21 May

Bufo Jump is hopping toward mobile next week, and the tone is exactly as wholesome as the name suggests. NEUTRONIZED will launch the 3D platformer on Android, iOS and PC on 21 May, with pre-registration now open. Players control a little frog through isometric stages filled with hidden fruit, traps, enemies, hats, shades and cozy scenery. This is not trying to be a massive live-service platformer or a sweaty precision game.

It looks more like a charming premium-style mobile release built around simple controls, bright visuals and short stages. That is a good fit for phones, especially if the jump timing and camera stay comfortable on touchscreens. The mobile platformer space is full of clones, but a cute frog and clean level design can still go a long way.
