Crushed in Time brings Sherlock, Watson and meta point-and-click weirdness to mobile later this year
Draw Me A Pixel’s new There Is No Game spin-off will launch first on PC in June, with Android and iOS versions planned later in 2026.
Crushed in Time is not out on mobile today, but it is one of the better mobile-watch announcements of 14 May. Draw Me A Pixel, the studio behind There Is No Game, has revealed a new humorous point-and-click adventure starring Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson in a strange meta mystery about the creation of the game itself. The PC version is set for 10 June, with Android and iOS versions planned later this year.
That mobile angle is promising because point-and-click adventures work naturally on touchscreens when the UI is clean. The pitch sounds very much in the studio’s wheelhouse: oddball humour, unexpected puzzles, 2D visuals, meta storytelling and deliberately weird interactions. If the writing lands, Crushed in Time could become one of those smaller premium mobile adventures that feels far more memorable than its size suggests.
