Friendship Vs The World turns co-op tower defense into chaos therapy for mobile

Friendship Vs The World has one of those titles that sounds like a joke until the gameplay pitch starts making sense. Jimjum Studios is building a 1-4 player co-op tower defense game where friends craft units, place them in lanes and fight strange enemies such as vampires, loneliness and the CEO of Evil. The mobile versions are planned after the PC release in Q4 2026, so this is not a near-term launch, but it is a good mobile watchlist item.

The concept has strong phone potential if the controls are fast enough: quick building, chaotic teamwork, replayable stages and strange enemy waves can make for excellent short-session co-op. It also has a more distinctive personality than many tower defense releases, which matters in a genre full of castles, lanes and anonymous monsters.
