MINECRAFT
A sandbox that ate the entire toy store.
Score: 79%
Minecraft on mobile is still Minecraft: infinite creativity, infinite survival stories, infinite “I went mining for iron and now I live in a cave forever.” The soundtrack is minimal but iconic, the visuals are blocky by design, and the gameplay is basically “make your own fun” turned into a global phenomenon. Touch controls take getting used to—building is fine, combat can feel like you’re trying to swordfight while texting—but it’s absolutely playable.
The real magic is the freedom: build a castle, automate a farm, explore caves, adopt a dog, accidentally anger an entire village. It’s the digital version of dumping LEGO on the floor and calling it a lifestyle.
