Arm shows neural rendering tech for mobile gaming
Arm’s ray-traced neural rendering demo hints at AI-assisted graphics for future mobile GPUs and handhelds.
Arm is showing off neural rendering tricks for mobile gaming, including ray tracing, AI denoising and frame-rate upscaling ideas that sound suspiciously like the future sneaking in through the charger port. The demo suggests mobile chips could become more serious gaming hardware contenders, especially in power-sensitive handhelds. The catch, as always, is developer support. Fancy tech is great, but only if games actually use it.
