Epic Games has officially announced Fortnite: Treasure Hunters, a new mini-season launching November 1 and introducing an extensive collaboration with One Piece. The announcement was published on October 30 and confirms that players will explore Crossbones Isle, a new battlefield designed for eighty participants. The island includes recognisable locations inspired by One Piece, including Arlong Park and Windmill Village.
Players can discover abilities associated with familiar characters, including Luffy's Gum-Gum powers and Zoro's Three Sword Style. The Battle Pass introduces Portgas D. Ace and Nico Robin, while Luffy, Nami and Usopp will appear in the Item Shop when the season begins. Additional characters and cosmetics arrive throughout November, alongside collaborations involving A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto.
Epic is also introducing Captain's Days, special activities featuring additional weapons, changing map content and opportunities to discover valuable loot. The first Captain's Day accompanies the season's November 1 opening. Treasure Hunters will lead toward a major Chapter 7 finale scheduled for December 5. For mobile players, the new season offers another substantial reason to return to Fortnite, although iOS distribution remains dependent on regional storefront availability.
The collaboration illustrates Fortnite's increasingly ambitious approach to entertainment partnerships. Apparently the Straw Hat pirates have finally discovered a treasure even more powerful than the One Piece itself: an entire island populated by people willing to purchase matching outfits.
