Lenovo Legion C700 remains one of the more divisive mobile-adjacent hardware stories: a cloud-first handheld with portable controls, a high-refresh display and the usual promise of big games without big downloads. The upside is obvious. The problem is also obvious: cloud handhelds are only as good as the connection under them. When the network behaves, they feel futuristic.
