Meowdoku: Brain Puzzle Games became June’s breakout installation story, adding 10.1 million downloads and rising 1,197% month over month. Its combination of deduction puzzles and collectible cats appears to have found a remarkably large audience. Years of mobile design research have therefore produced an important conclusion: logic is powerful, but logic with cats is vastly more marketable.
