Google's September Android Drop continues rolling out across supported devices, bringing several features that demonstrate how Gemini is increasingly becoming integrated into everyday system functions. Users can ask Gemini to remember where physical items were placed, while Motion Assist introduces an overlay intended to reduce motion sickness when using a phone in a moving vehicle.

Guided vision uses the camera to describe surroundings for accessibility purposes, and Google Messages can integrate shared Keep notes directly into conversations. Custom chat visualisation options are also expanding. None of these features individually represents a major operating-system redesign, but together they show Google's strategy of turning AI into a background utility rather than a separate chatbot application.
