EA Sports FC Mobile 27 beta closes after three-week test

EA's limited beta for EA Sports FC Mobile 27 has now concluded after running from August 25 through September 13. Android players in Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, India, Romania, Argentina, Colombia and Indonesia were able to participate, while selected iOS users received TestFlight access. The test introduced several systems planned for the next season, including Game Plans, Gauntlet Mode and four PlayStyles.

Closing a beta is not as glamorous as launching a finished game, but this is a critical stage for one of mobile gaming's largest annual sports products. EA now has telemetry covering balance, stability, controls and feature usage across a diverse group of markets. Football titles are particularly sensitive to latency and input responsiveness because even small delays can affect competitive matches. The beta's conclusion therefore marks the transition from public experimentation to final tuning.
