Project Sekai Celebrates Halloween With Free Rewards and New ULTIM@TE BEAM Rhythm Track

Sega and Colorful Palette have introduced a collection of Halloween activities for Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku, combining limited-time login rewards with new musical content. The Halloween campaign runs from October 31 through November 1 at 11:59pm Japanese time. Players who participate receive three Halloween Cookies, a Happy Halloween stamp and one hundred Wish Pieces. The cookies function as recovery items, allowing players to restore resources used during rhythm-game sessions.

The stamp is awarded to players who have not previously obtained it. A separate October 31 update introduces ULTIM@TE☆BE∀M!!, a new rhythm-game track created by composer xi. The song can be obtained through the in-game music shop using Music Cards. Additional activities include the event Itsuka no Kimi e, Senritsu o and the Lit in the Dark recruitment campaign. Project Sekai has maintained a substantial audience through its combination of Vocaloid music, character stories and demanding rhythm mechanics.

New songs are particularly important because experienced players often seek additional challenges that test their precision and timing. Seasonal login rewards, meanwhile, provide reasons for more casual players to return without committing to lengthy sessions. The announcements concern the Japanese service, so international release schedules may differ. Apparently Halloween is no longer simply about collecting sweets.

It now involves collecting virtual cookies, completing music charts and discovering that your fingers have considerably less stamina than Hatsune Miku.
