Planet of Lana II: Children of the Leaf has reached Android devices earlier than expected, with an early-access version becoming available through Google Play on October 28. The mobile adaptation was highlighted in fresh international coverage on October 29 and brings Wishfully Studios' cinematic puzzle adventure to smartphones and tablets.

Developed for mobile in collaboration with publisher Snapbreak Games, the game continues the story of Lana and her companion Mui approximately two years after the original adventure. The planet Novo remains threatened by conflict and technological exploitation, forcing the pair to explore new environments while solving increasingly elaborate puzzles.

Lana has developed additional movement abilities, including improved jumping, sliding and climbing, while Mui retains special powers that allow interaction with machines and other creatures. The sequel continues the original game's emphasis on visual storytelling, with hand-painted environments and music taking precedence over conventional spoken dialogue. Players can explore landscapes ranging from frozen mountains to underwater environments and ancient ruins.

The Android edition uses a free-to-try model, allowing players to experience the opening section before purchasing the full game for approximately $8.99. Controller support and cloud saves are also advertised. Because the release remains in early access, additional adjustments may arrive before its final version. Apparently exploring a breathtaking alien planet is now something that can be accomplished between appointments, assuming nobody interrupts the puzzles.
