Persona 5 The Phantom X Adds Fuuka Yamagishi and Halloween Rewards in Version 4.12

Sega has detailed the latest Version 4.12 update for Persona 5: The Phantom X, expanding its collaboration with Persona 3 Reload and introducing Fuuka Yamagishi as a recruitable five-star character. The update went live following maintenance on October 29, with Sega publishing additional promotional information on October 30. Fuuka joins the available character collection through a featured recruitment campaign scheduled to continue until November 26.

The collaboration also includes an original event storyline associated with Persona 3 Reload, with activities continuing into November. Alongside the crossover, Sega has introduced Halloween rewards that provide opportunities to obtain a special profile frame, profile design and recruitment tickets. A separate seven-day login campaign offers additional premium resources.

Gameplay improvements include a restart option for selected Velvet Trials encounters, allowing players to retry challenges without navigating through the complete preparation process. The update also introduces new items to the Tycoon Points Exchange and begins another Phantom Pass season. Persona 5: The Phantom X continues adapting Atlus' distinctive combination of supernatural combat, social interaction and elaborate character development into an ongoing mobile RPG.

Crossovers with established Persona characters provide considerable appeal for players already familiar with the wider franchise. However, availability and promotional schedules can differ between regional services. Apparently the Phantom Thieves have discovered that the best way to celebrate Halloween is to recruit another supernatural specialist and quietly collect every available login reward.
