Pokémon GO Halloween Part II Launches With Shiny Greavard and Super Max Mega Sableye

Pokémon GO has launched the second part of its Halloween celebrations, introducing Shiny Greavard and an important new progression milestone for Mega Sableye. The event runs from November 1 at 10am until November 5 at 8pm in each player's local time zone. Shiny Greavard makes its first appearance in the game, with opportunities to encounter the ghostly canine in the wild and through selected research activities.

Additional seasonal encounters include Litwick, costumed Rowlet and the possibility of finding Gengar wearing its Spooky Festival costume. Mega Sableye receives an especially significant upgrade through the introduction of Super Max Mega Level. Eligible Pokémon can progress beyond their previous maximum, with Mega Sableye gaining access to Night Shade+, an additional Charged Attack that becomes more powerful as its Mega Level increases.

However, reaching Super Max requires additional Mega Energy rather than simply repeating ordinary Mega Evolutions. Free Timed Research provides six Rare Candies and an encounter with a bow-wearing Sinistea. The existing Halloween GO Pass also remains available, offering bonuses and rewards through its free and paid progression tracks. Players should remember that the event has a firm expiration date, and unclaimed research rewards may disappear when it concludes.

Apparently Halloween's most frightening creature is no longer a vampire or a ghost. It is a small spectral dog that looks suspiciously delighted about being collected.
